The Project

Edventure is an early stage edtech startup based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The goal of their product is to make online learning easy, fun, and personal for students at every education level by creating an affordable and gamified learning experience. Understanding Existing Users

Summary

Our website’s end users are students at all levels - from school to job candidates. To understand their needs and frustrations, we invited our students to complete and send back a questionnaire, where they were asked a few questions about their experience with our current site. For each response submitted, we offered a paid mock test to be unlocked for free. Here are the questions they were asked-

  1. How easy or difficult do you think it is to find information and navigate our current website on a scale of 0 to 10 (0 being extremely difficult, 10 being extremely easy)?
  2. Is there any specific part of the site that confuses you? Please elaborate.
  3. Do you face any issues while taking quizzes and viewing results?
  4. Do you have any additional feedback on the site?
